Conveniently located to Chinatown, Little India & even Bukit Bintang. Even though it was on a very busy road & the overhead trains were directly outside my room, the noise impact was ok most of the time. A reasonable availability of hot water.

Very hard bed with an old mattress ;poorly located power outlets with only 2 of 4 working; WiFi just acceptable; no soundproofing between rooms; significant price variations; some maintenance necessary; poor room layout.

Hotel was super cleaned, Staff mahmudah and hamzah was helfull

Good hotel, very attentive staff they cater to all your needs I will give praise to receptionist PAUSPA who gave me a quick check in. And also the cleaner MOK who cleans the room every 3 days or when you need it cleaned. Excellent service they all make your stay good without proplens.

There were (fake lashes) sticked to the wall. Maybe the previous one did that. And they didn't noticed it when they cleaned the room.

Noise from the train passing through especially level 3. Soundproof window is more preferable. But enjoy the view!

The property was close to the train station. The station that goes to Batu was a bit further, but within walking distance. Ain was extremely responsive and helpful when I needed help getting my security deposit back. So I am extremely grateful.

It can be noisy because of the train. Personally I don’t mind it, but if you are a light sleeper you may mind. But they do provide earplugs if you need them.

Nice air-conditioning unit: temps feel okay.

Insecure door lock. Uses the Room No. as password.Electrical issue: burnt socket found. Light switches not working as intended.Noise problem from outside and also from neighbouring room. This shows lack of noise proofing in the room.Bed sheets not as clean as expected.

I had a great week-long stay at Swing & Pillow Masjid Jamek. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy, and the pillow was surprisingly perfect especially for the price! Big shoutout to Ain at the reception, she was super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. Her warm and welcoming attitude really made a difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, value, and great service in the heart of KL!

Clean and comfortable room, with a cozy bed and a surprisingly good pillow for the price. The location is super convenient, just steps from Masjid Jamek station. Special thanks to Ain at the reception, friendly, helpful, and made my week-long stay even better. Highly recommended!

Location was ok, in between Masjid Jamek and Pasar Seni train station. Staffs were good and helpful. There's a lift, which is a bonus as we travel in family unit.

The lobby doesn't have a drop-off space. Quite challenging for people coming by Grab or Taxi. In the triple room, the toilet and the shower room is separated. You go to toilet on one side and wash your hand on the other side, which is a bit inconvenient.

There are many things.They did not gave me the same room.The stuffs continuously asks about why you came?WiFi disconnects constantlyThe room is a noise place because of the sky train and road.The reception was empty. I bought water from outside.The best point is you can go outside anytime.

They eventually provided bedroom slippers after I requested them multiple times.

They didn’t provide hand soap, only shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste were available.

The staff was very nice and trying their best. The room is kinda newly refurbished. The location is near train station.

Read this carefully.If you are a sensitive sleeper, do not book this hotel. Avoid at all cost!!! We got 2nd floor room and it was a nightmare. The non soundproof room was a torture from night till morning. It was constant traffic sound and train passing. I believe it is the same for upper floor because the hotel is not that high. It's like you're living on the street. There's also the bidet problem. Weird that the water only can be spray only once then it's gone. Totally wack hotel.

The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful, the room and cleanliness are very nice. There is train noise but for this price you can't expect a better room than this, I spent 3 weeks in Kuala Lumpur, I didn't get this type of room for such a low price, the location is in the middle of the city,

No car park to drop it off , ( but if you take the train very close to masjid Jamek station this is bonus) and bit noise when the train passed by, but everything doesnt matter to me.

location was decent. the price was cheap, but there are other places for better prices.

I booked a room specifically with a bath, but they initially placed me in a room without one. After pushing to get what I had booked, I was finally moved—only to find that the bath was half-broken and unusable. The next day, they moved me again, but that bath was also broken, and like the previous rooms, it was not well cleaned, if at all.On top of that, the noise levels were ridiculous—I could hear my own movies echoing at times. The staff also need to be more professional; talking about guests under the assumption that they don’t understand is unacceptable. The room itself had dirt on the walls and floors, a cracked toilet and seat, and the list goes on. Overall, a very disappointing experience.They told me it would take 2 weeks to get a refund, trapping me at this accomodation.

a bit more cleaning of the bathroom. If you have a hard time with noise this can be noisy but earplugs did the job for me. They use a code to get into the rooms that match the doors so if you want you can enter any of the other guests rooms. not secure.
